Today, marked the first day of Summer vacation for me. YEAH!!! Yesterday, I had to attend a meeting for school, but today started the I get to do whatever my heart desires and not have to go to work. I now have 2 1/2 months off of work. This seems like a long time, but it goes by really really fast. And of course, my first day of vacation would not be possible without Josie getting up at 4:30 AM and deciding to stay awake instead of going back to bed. What a little stinker! Hopefully, I can get her to sleep longer tonight.
The best part about it is that I do not have to get up and go to work and still get paid. Of course, this is the payroll option I chose.
So, what is on my Summer to-do list you may ask. Well a lot actually.
1. build a garage
2. walk, run, or ride my bike daily
3. go swimming
4. take the kids to the zoo
5. take a family vacation
6. clean the house
7. get organized
8. take the kids to the park
9. go goofy golfing
10. read a few good books
11. RELAX (next year at school is going to be a crazy one)
12. Anything my heart desires, plus more
