Its a Bird, Its a Plane...

No, its my daughter covered from head to toe with sand. By the looks of it Josie loves the beach. Lets just say Josie had sand everywhere not just her face. Josie you are way to much!

Future Lifeguards

Right outside of our condo we had a lifeguard. Which not like I was concerned or anything, but it was an extra bonus to have one right in front to help watch my daredevil of a child who is not afraid of anything. Especially, the huge ocean. The kids loved the lifeguard chair so I told them we would get their photo taken in it before we left.

The future lifeguards are what we have here.

Surfing

The kids had a blast body board surfing in the ocean. Josie had it down to an art before we left needing no help to surf her way to shore. She was not scared of the water or anything while we were there so she would take her board go out a little and then surf her way back in. What a daredevil! I think perhaps we may have some pro-surfer in the future in the family. But, Ogdan may give them a run for their money. He even got in some surf time. Take a look!

Ogdan's Fun in the Sun

Ogdan loved having his toes in the ocean

Even though Ogdan turned 5 months old the day that we left for vacation, does not mean that he could not enjoy the total beach experience. Every day, he played on the beach just like the rest of us. He loved the sand between his toes and I think if I would have let him he more than likely would have ate it too. He played in the sand and in the water every day for about and hour and a half before calling it quits under the umbrella for a little snooze. He would get so warm however just laying there that Brent would take him back up into the condo to take a more peaceful nap in a nice warm bed in the air conditioning. Much better napping, I am sure. He loved the sound of the ocean and loved to watch the waves come crashing in. He also studied how to make sand castles that way when he gets bigger he can build a huge one himself.

Here are some of Ogdan's fun in the sun photos.
