Swimming Lessons

In May, Josie took swimming lessons. She is becoming more and more fearless as she swims in the water. That is a good and bad thing in my book. She is really good at blowing bubbles, reaching with her arms, kicking, and can even float on her back with no help at all. What a good swimmer she is becoming! I can see her swimming even better by the end of the summer. You know with the help of the swimming pool and all.

Brent and Ogdan was able to attend one lesson since Brent got stuck covering vacation time every Tuesday in May. Poor guy! Grandma Debbie and Grandpa Terry watched Ogdan so that Josie and I could attend the lessons. Josie was still to young to be put in the class where the parents do not have to attend with them.

We are planning on taking one more class this summer at an outdoor pool with Cousin Jacob. I will not have to get in the water with her there so it will be nice to sit back and relax and watch Josie swim. Brent refused to take her to class and let me watch since he has a thing for public swimming pools. He won't get in them!
