Nash is ONE!

It is hard to believe that one year ago on December 31st, my little man was born.  He is the cutest, sweetest baby.  He weighs 20 pounds and has 8 teeth already.  It is just amazing how quickly they grow up.  He is not walking yet, but that does not stop him for a second.  I think he could win the world record for the fastest baby crawl.  He is gone in a flash.

For his birthday, we went with a pirate theme.  The cakes turned out great!  Ship for everyone and a treasure chest for him.  He was so lazy.  He did not use his hands, but his face instead.  It was hillarious.

Thanks to all for making his first birthday great!  Befoer we know it he will be walking and 2.

Dear Santa

There is no denying that every child big or small loves the big guy in red.  Well at our house we definately do.  It is funny to hear what the kids ask him for.  Ogdan expecially.  Everytime you ask him he changes his mind.  First it was a remote controll choo-choo and then it changed to a dump truck, then Batman.  We told him that once he tells Santa that is it.  He writes it down on his list and that is what he gets.  So, what did the kids end up asking for:

Ogdan - Batman
Josie - Doodle Bear
Nash - Anything

Merry Christmas!

Christmas is always the best when spending it with family.  Here are some photos of our Christmas on my side.  The family all got together at my sister Jamie's house on Christmas Eve for a sit down dinner and of course tons of gifts.  We had a blast!

School Christmas Program

Josie performed in her very first school performance in December.  She worked really hard and practiced to get the songs just right.  She sang songs like "Reindeer Pokey" and "I Know a Little Snowman."  It was darling.  Of course, we got some really windy nasty snow on this date, but Grandma Debbie was able to come and see her show.  We are so proud of you Josie!

Happy Halloween!

Every year, my Grandma and I come up with a different kind of costume for the kids to be for Halloween. We like to make the homemade costumes and have them all themed together in some way shape or form. This year we decided to go from one of the kids favorite Disney movies "101 Dalmations." Josie was of course none other than the evil Mrs. Cruella DeVil, Ogdan was Horace (Cruella DeVil's theifs), and Nash was a cute dalmation puppy. They looked great!

Happy 5th Birthday Josie!

It is really hard to believe that Josie is already 5 years old.  Where did the time fly to?  She missed the cut off for Kindergarten by one day, so she is not attending Kindergarten this year.  She has grown up so much and I am so lucky to call her my daughter.  It feels like yesterday she was just born.

This year for her birthday I asked her what kind of cake she wanted and of course since she LOVES horses she chose a horse cake.  In my opinion, it turned out great!
