Oh My, How The Belly Grows!

It is time to compare the belly!

The first photo was taken at 16 weeks along and the second photo is at 37 weeks. It is so amazing how the belly seems to grow. It just baffles me how a females tummy can increase like that and that fast. After the baby is born it contracts back down, probably not it its before baby size, but the skin shrinks itself back down. It is amazing after it has been stretched to the max this much.

I am proud to say (knock on wood) that thus far and yes I am ready to pop at anytime even though I am not due until the 15th that I do not have ANY stretch marks. I will probably have a whole bunch after the baby is here, but for now I do not have a 1. Ok, now I just jinxed myself on that one.

I keep telling Brent who LOVES to rub my belly and feel the baby move that he better take advantage of this good time, because we could go to bed one night and the next night he will not be able to rub my large tummy, because it will no longer be there. He just simply laughs at me when I say that, but it is true.
