Baseball and Fun at the Park

On Mother's Day, ventured over to the park for some much needed outdoor fun. It was a little bit chilly, but we managed to enjoy the afternoon. We had a good time. Josie played on the playground, which she absolutely loves to do. It is always a battle to get her to leave the park once we get there. Ogdan got in some cuddle time and then slept the rest of the time. We enjoyed yummy food as each person attending brought a yummy dish to share. We were there with family, so you know the food was good.

The highlight of the day was the baseball that was played. Well, not actually baseball just the hitting of the ball. It has been forever since the boys have played baseball. We actually brought the T-ball stuff for Josie, but the boys thought they would raid the game and take over when Josie had enough. It was fun to watch the guys strike and miss. I guess that is what will happen when you get older and out of practice.

One time the ball was hit and the dog ran away with it thinking they were playing with him. Lets just say that ball took a beaten at the park.

The funny thing was that we even got Debbie up to bat!
