In the town where my sister lives, they have a Santa Clause parade at night. How exciting and different I thought. So, this week we ventured over to my sister's and met her for the Night Time Santa Clause parade. Josie just absolutely loves parades. Her favorite part of the entire thing is the CANDY! Well of course it would be for all little kids. I have to say that having a parade at night time in December is not the warmest thing, but we had lots of fun.
Santa is the very last person through the parade, hence the "Santa Clause Parade." He was not riding in on a sleigh. Oh no, he rode in on a firetruck. Josie thought that was a little different, but still exciting.
Once the parade was over, Santa was available for photos. So, of course we had to go see Santa for the very first time this year and tell him what we wanted for Christmas. Josie last year through a huge fit over Santa and cried, however this year she did not cry. She was a little leery at first, but as soon as the big guy in red gives her candy she is all smiles.
