Hate to be this Frog

As I was down walking around the pond, I came across this unusual sight. Brent said that frogs hybernate in the winter by burying themselves in the mud. However, this particular frog got frozen in the ice he said. He claims that it will thaw out. I think he is wrong. I think this is one dead frog. I mean it is gross. Covered in slim and moss, the eyes crusted over. I think it is dead Brent sorry. What do you think?

All I can say, is one less frog in our pond will do us good. We have as Brent puts it "King and Queen" frogs living in our pond. They are HUGE! I mean their bodies alone all scrunched up are bigger than my foot. We have zillions of baby tadpoles. I guess since we have so many frogs we could just become 'frog farmers.' Are there such a thing?!? Organic frog legs right?!?
