I do not know what it is about a microphone, but it get the kidos all excited. Ogdan got this really cool microphone with stand for his birthday. It has a disco ball and is equipt with clapping noise and all. The kids just love it. In fact, the batteries are dead already. No, I did not take the batteries out because it was annoying. The batteries actually are dead from the amount of time the kids spend playing with it. Ogdan is obsessed with microphones. He has to sing into them every chance that he gets. He loves the one at Grandpa Terry and Grandma Debbie's house too. It is the very first thing that he goes for when we visit.
All I can say is that if American Idol is still around when the kids get older I have a feeling that we will have some contestant-want-to-be's,
Here are a few photos of the kids entertaining us at Ogdan's birthday party with the microphone. They fought over the toy. You would have thought the microphone was for the older kids the way the swept up the toy and only gave Ogdan a little singing time.
