Debbie and I took Josie to see her very first 3D movie. YEAH! I myself have not been to a 3D movie in who knows how long. Well, in fact besides Tangled that Brent and I took Josie to see in December I have not been to the movies in year. If that tells you much about my social life away from my children. Date night....what is that again?!? Anyways, we went and saw Gnomeo and Juliet. Josie was all excited to get to go view this movie and especially with her Grandma. It would have not been a movie without a giant popcorn, soda, and candy. I do not know what Josie likes more the actual movie or snacks she normally does not get. Snacks! At first, Josie was a little hesitant to wear the glasses, but I had to tell her that is what you do during a 3D movie to make you feel like you are there in it. She would wear them for a while and then remove them. Without the glasses the screen is blurry, so I finally convinced her to leave them on. When we left the movie she made a comment to me "Mommy lets not go to Grandma's movies ever again." She thinks that every movie that you view now at that theatre requires the glasses that she did not like wearing. Plus, it was Grandma's movie theatre because it was not the same place Brent and I took her to. Next time, no 3D for this little girl. Maybe when she gets older. Overall, we had a great time and saw a cute kids film.
