If you all will acall, Josie was LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD for Halloween last year. She was only 1 month old and my Grandma and I made her costume due to her being so small. She also won 3rd place in the Halloween Costume Contest here in town. So, this years costume has to be better than last year. The costume has to be 2nd place material. I need a little help this year to come up with the perfect costume. Do any of you have any cute ideas of what Josie could be for Halloween? Let me know if you do.
