I am definitely no Betty Crocker, but for Josie's first birthday I was. I worked really hard on Sunday to produce the very best birthday cake I have ever made. And if I can say so myself I did a pretty darn good job! It took me around 12 hours to construct, but it was well worth it in my book. It took so long because I only had one cake mold and only one oven. Here are a few photos of my work of art. Each section of the caterpillar was a different flavor cake. One was spice, one vanilla, one chocolate, and one cherry chip. Josie's was the little version. Isn't it cute?!What do you think?
