This morning we had an early day. We ventured out to see the doctor for Ogdan's first doctors appointment. Our appointment time was 8 AM. Yuck! It snowed last night, however we did not get much. The roads were not plowed yet when it was time to leave. Yeah, right! We made it there safe and sound. Brent was extremely nervous to be out driving in these conditions, but he did it perfectly.
Ogdan is doing great. His stats are:
Weight - 6 pounds 15 ounces (a 1 ounce increase from the time we left the hospital) - 17%-tile
Height - 19 1/2 inches (same as at birth) - 28%-tile
Head - 35 cm - 24%-tile
We will go back to the doctors on March 3rd for his 2 week appointment.
After, we left the doctors we ventured to the grocery store. Ogdan did excellent for his very first trip. Let me just say that I was so glad Brent was with me at the store. When it is just me and the kids all I can say is that it is going to be a real big challenge. However, it is one that I think with practice I can become a pro. You all know I love to shop and so does Josie, so I am up for the shopping challenge.
