Rain, Rain Go Away...

Last week when we had all of the rain and flooding, we were like CRAP! Our dam on our pond has been leaking for sometime now and has to be fixed before the dam washes out. It had been raining pretty hard and heavy and when Brent looked out the window this is what he found. OMG! A pond with NO overflow pipe. There had been so much rain that the pond level rose rapidly causing the pond to fill up way to much way to fast. The overflow pipe was buried under water and coming out the other side was a tremendous amount of water. Here are a few photos of that day. What do you think?! And they say we are to get rain for the next few days. We just hope it is not this much again.
